Enjoy this self-guided adventure that will take you from the Capital city Oslo over to the historical city of Trondheim- often referred to as the Moustache city. You will embark on the magnificent Norwegian Coastal Hurtigruten cruise from Trondheim to Bergen. The cruise to Bergen gives you the pleasure to enjoy life and the view while the ship hurries slowly. You are going to sail through Kristiansund, Molde, Ålesund and past the vast fjords of the ‘West’ on the way to Bergen, with the UNESCO-listed Bryggen. After spending two nights in Bergen, you descend to the village of Flåm from where you will enter the World Heritage areas of Aurlandsfjord and enjoy the Fjord cruise. The tour includes a stay in/around the Village of Flåm.
So that you see the most of Scenic Norway in the most comfortable way, we have combined the various modes of Transport – cruise ship, train ride and Bus tour.

Itinerary
Day 1 Welcome to the Capital of one of the most peaceful countries on earth.
- Arrival in Oslo according to your own itinerary. If you arrive at Gardermoen Airport in Oslo, we recommend you take the airport express train (flytoget). It takes only 20 mins to reach the city center and has frequent departures (Add on : We can arrange for a private transfer to your hotel in the center of Oslo ).
- You can buy the Oslo Pass for free travel on all public transport along with free admission to over 30 museums and attractions plus special offers on entertainment, restaurants, shops and more. The pass can be purchased at tourist information centers or at most hotels and major attractions in the city.

Day 2 Travel by train to the Moustache city, Trondheim
- Today you start your day early. Enjoy your Scandinavian Breakfast at the hotel.
- You head to Oslo S, The Central Station of Oslo, to board the Dovre Railway to the city of Trondheim. The Dovre Railway runs between Oslo and Trondheim through the beautiful Gudbrandsdalen valley and across the mighty Dovrefjell mountain range. This beautiful train Journey is around 7 Hours long.

- Afternoon arrival in Trondheim. Discover one of Norway’s oldest and most cherished city. Trondheim is Norway’s second-oldest city, founded in 997 and served as the nation’s capital between 1030 and 1217. Enjoy your day at leisure.
- For fun sake, try to find out, why Trondheim is called the ‘Moustache city.’

Day 3 Norwegian coastal Cruise voyage from Moustache city to the Viking City
- After breakfast, head to the harbour, where you will embark on your Scenic Journey of Hurtigruten.
- Your cruise leaves Trondheim at 10 am. The ship will sail slowly through the beautiful Trondheims fjord, past Munkholmen and Hitra, and unknown small islands before the cruise docks in Norway's ‘Cod’ capital Kristiansund. After Kristiansund you sail through the famous Hustadvika. During Night you will reach the Art Noveau city-Ålesund.

Day 4 Hurtigruten Cruise Arrival to Bergen
- Enjoy your ‘Norwegian Hurtigruten Buffet’ breakfast and the stunning landscapes.
- In the morning you have a short stop in Florø, Norway's westernmost city. A few nautical miles south of Florø you sail past the entrance to the beautiful Sognefjord, and then the magnificent archipelago from Fedje and the beautiful Øygarden towards Bergen, where the voyage ends.
- Arrival in Bergen around 14:30 hrs. Take a transfer to your centrally located hotel. Bergen is Norway’s second largest city and is known as the ‘Gateway to the Fjords.’

Day 5 Explore the capital of Fjords-Bergen
- Enjoy your ‘Viking’ Breakfast at hotel and explore the city. Bergen is the Viking City of Norway. The city has many beautiful and historic sites. You will notice how the city has preserved the charm of a small town. The recommended attractions that you can visit are at walkable distances. Don’t forget to get a good pair of walking shoes.

- Old Bergen Open Air Museum
- Not so smelly but vibrant fish market
- Fragrance full flower market
- Take a nice walk to Mount Fløyen or the Flöibanen cable cars to the top.

Day 6 Train to Voss-Buss to Gudvangen and Fjord Cruise to the fjord village of Flåm
- After your ‘Viking’ breakfast at the hotel. You need to reach the Bergen Train station (you can either walk or take a taxi).
- Your train will depart from Bergen and you need to get off at Voss, from where you will continue by bus to Gudvangen. From Gudvangen you will board the 2-hour fjord cruise and witness the many of the unknown small towns on your way to the small fjord village of Flåm.
- Flåm is a picturesque fjord Village surrounded by stunning marvels of nature. This thinly populated fjord village will capture your imagination, don’t forget to take a stroll and enjoy the tranquility that Flåm has to offer during winter.
- Enjoy your three-course dinner at the hotel. Overnight in Flåm.
- (Add on : We recommend that you pack an overnight bag for your stop in Flåm and book luggage transfer from Bergen-Oslo. You will receive your luggage on arrival in Oslo. This service will cost Nok 450,- additional)
Day 07 Flåm & Bergen Railway to Oslo
- After your ‘Fjord’ breakfast at the hotel, enjoy your morning at this picturesque town. Around noon, you will continue your winter adventure by boarding the Flåm Railway to the mountain Village station of Myrdal. Your train will pass through the magnificent Sognefjord, picturesque frozen waterfalls and wild and beautiful steep mountains. From Myrdal station you will board the Bergen Railway to Oslo (Crossing Finse- the highest train station at 1222 meters above sea level).
- After a 5-hour train journey you will arrive in capital city, Oslo. The Nobel Peace Prize host city has maintained a very good balance between urbanization and eco friendliness. Oslo has been judged as Europe’s green capital city and perhaps the only capital city that has the magnificent Fjord on one side and forested ridges on the other.

Day 08 The Journey has finished but the relationship with Norway has just started. Departure day with fond memories
- As they say, that the first hello and the last goodbye is the most difficult part. Departure with fond memories as per your own itinerary.
