Itinerary
Day 01 Arrival Helsinki- The Capital of Nordics.
- Arrival in Helsinki, the Capital city of one of best countries to live in . Our representative will meet and greet you and you will get a smooth transfer from Airport to your centrally located hotel.
- Enjoy the City at your pace. We will suggest and reccomend you various places of interest and sights.
- Overnight Helsinki.
Day 02 - Tallinn Day excursion- A Medival Fairytale experience.
- Wake up to the buzz of Helsinki and enjoy your breakfast. Meet your chauffeur at around 8:45 am and get a smooth transfer to Helsinki Pier from where you board the scenic cruise to Tallinn. Departure at 10:30 am.
- After a scenic 2 hours journey, your ferry reaches Tallinn at 12:30 where you will be greeted by the chauffeur who will drive you to the famous old town of Tallinn. Enjoy a 3 hours guided walking tour of this historical centre that is completely surrounded by medieval town walls, interspersed with circular watch towers – that conjure images of Rapunzel letting down her hair. Your tour also includes a local lunch. After guided tour you will get free time for some shopping and looking around this town on your own. Aroun 18:00, your chauffeur will meet you at a schdeuled pick up point and drive you to the pier. The ferry departure time will be 19:30. You will arrive back in Helsinki at 21:30. Enjoy your evening in Helsinki. You can walk back to hotel or can take a local taxi from the harbor.

Day 03 Helsinki Sightseeing – The city of Carl Ludvig Engel. Evening overnight train to home of Santa claus.
- Wake up peacefully with the feeling of being in the capital of one of the happiest countries on earth. After your Finnish breakfast head to the schdeuled departure point for your city tour. Enjoy the bus tour of the city and learn and know about the city.
- In the evening, walk to the train station or take a short taxi ride. You will board the famous Santa claus express train departing at approx 18:49.
- Enjoy the train journey that travels through the Finnish wilderness. Overnight onboard (Compartment for 2 pax with sleeping berths).
Day 04 Rovaniemi, Trip to Arctic Cirlce, Santa's Village and enjoy evening Northern Light chase.
- Wakup to the beautiful Arctic surroundings. Arrival Rovaniemi at approx. 07:32. You get a Smooth transfer to your hotel. At around 09:50 am meet your guide and enjoy 6-8 Hrs trip to the Arctic circle, meet the Santa at his village, get photos clicked, meeet and feed the Reindeer. Get a short sleigh ride on the Reindeer. Light Traditional lunch included(Veg options available).
Drop to hotel in evening.(SIC activity). - In the evening around 20:00, your guide will meet you at the reception and drive you to a secluded spot where you will walk in the forest and try to spot the Northern lights. (SIC transfers to fro city center).
- You will return around midnight to the hotel. Overnight at a centrally located hotel in Rovaniemi.
Day 05 Ranua Zoo day excursion. A must when in Rovaniemi.
- After enjoying your Arctic breakfast, your guide will meet you at the hotel reception around 09:50 and drive you to the famous Ranua area of Lapland. Enjoy Full day excursion to the most famous and a must visit Ranua Zoo. Enjoy the Artcic animals and also see the Polar bear. Includes entrance, Guide and Transfers.
- Return to Rovaniemi in the evening. Enjoy your evening and get reccomendations.
- Overnight Rovaniemi.
Day 06 Husky Farm Visit with Husky Safari.
- Enjoy your breakfast and be ready for a famous winter activity.
- After breakfast, around 10:00-10:30 am your guide will meet you at the hotel reception and drive you ( along with other members who have booked the same excursion) to the Husky farm. Enjoy your day at the Husky farm. Meet lovely, cuddly huskies and experience their thrilling speed on a 30-45 minutes dog sled safari. After the briefing at the farm, enjoy a husky ride where every adult can try steering a husky team, swapping places at around the halfway mark. Enjoy the safari that goes through the picturesque wilderness snowscapes. The distance covered depends on the snow conditions and is usually more than 10 km. After the ride, you have free time for clicking some photos. You can also glearn about huskies and their arctic life! Included are some light snacks and refreshments.
Drop back to the hotel late afternoon. - Enjoy your evening at leisure.
- Overnight at a centrally located hotel in Rovaniemi.
Day 07 Snow Mobile Safari and Igloo Experience.
- After your ‘Arctic’ Breakfast, at around 09:50 meet your guide and get a group transfer to the Snowmobile excursion point. Enjoy the Snowmobile excursion (twin driving). After the excursion drop back to city center / Hotel. Around 15:00 get a smooth private transfer to your Igloo hotel. Enjoy the snow hotel( subject to availabilty). Included is a farewell dinner at the famous Ice restaurant located at the Ice hotel. Here even the plates are made of Ice. We will ask your meal preference at the time of booking.
- Guests can use the Public Sauna that is included in the price and is located in the resort. Overnight Arctic Snow Hotel- Glass Igloo.
- Please note in case Arctic Snow Hotel is not available then we will book another Igloo hotel in/ around Rovaniemi.
Day 08 Return to Helsinki.
- Wake up to the magical feeling of being in Lapland. Enjoy your ‘Lappish’ Breakfast and as per your flight schdeule, get a smooth transfer to Rovaniemi airport from where you board your flight to Helsinki.
- .We will book a hotel in Helsinki that will be located in the airport area or Vantaa area of Helsinki airport. Once you reach Helsinki, you can either walk ( if at walkable distance) or can take the airport shuttle to the hotel or can take a local taxi ( not included).
- Overnight at a hotel in Helsinki Vantaa / airport area.
Day 9 Departure day. End of a Journey but beginning of a relationship
- As they say, that the first hello and the last goodbye is the most difficult part. Today is your last day of this trip.
- If your hotel is at walkable distance from Terminal, then you can walk to the terminal, or can take the airport shuttle service or a local taxi ( not included).
- Departure with fond memories.
